Update your information
Open the Purple app or sign in at app.withpurple.com.
Go to Settings and select Contact Support.
Tap Message Us to start a conversation.
Let us know what needs to be updated, and our team will take it from there.
Good to know
For security reasons, profile information cannot be updated directly in the app.
We may ask you to provide documentation to verify your new information.
Keeping your information up to date helps ensure you don’t miss important notifications or account mailings.
