If you ever forget your PIN or just want to choose a new one, you can reset it directly in Purple.
Reset your PIN
Open the Purple app or sign in at withpurple.com.
Go to the Card tab.
Tap Reset PIN.
Enter your new 4-digit PIN.
Confirm it by re-entering the same 4-digit PIN.
Good to know
Your new PIN is active right away.
PINs are only used with your physical Purple card (not your virtual card).
You’ll need your PIN for ATM withdrawals and certain in-store purchases.
